PCIM Asia Conference 2020 to present the best of power electronics research and practice

PCIM Asia, one of the most significant business events for power electronics in Asia, will take place from 16 – 18 November 2020 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. Held concurrently with the three-day trade fair is the reputable PCIM Asia Conference, which will once again bring together the brightest minds, foremost innovations and hottest trends in the areas of power electronics, intelligent motion, renewable energy and energy management from around the world. For the first time, the conference will be hosted online and offline simultaneously.

Thought-provoking and practical, the PCIM Asia Conference is recognised as one of Asia’s most influential conferences in the field of power electronics. As an integral part of PCIM Asia, the conference aims to provide a professional, effective platform that enables leading individuals from the sector of power electronics to exchange ideas and progress technologies that drive the industry forward. The conference will once again gather top-notch academics from all over the world in Shanghai, to share ground-breaking research and innovations, as well as insights on the trends and future development of the industry.

Online conference to be held concurrently with the offline conference 
PCIM Europe, the sister fair of PCIM Asia, successfully moved its international exhibition and conference online from 7 – 8 July 2020. Following the success of PCIM Europe, the PCIM Asia Conference will take place both online and offline for the first time, which allows attendees from all over the world to join this not-to-be-missed annual event.

Strong lineup of speakers to cover a wide range of hot topics
E-Mobility and Infrastructure will be the highlighted topic of this year’s conference — four poster sessions will focus on Advanced Power Devices, whilst eight oral sessions will cover the below topics:

This year, a total of 69 conference papers, including 36 oral presentations and 33 posters, will be presented at the conference.
